4. Account Registration & Responsibilities
- Restaurants must register an account to access admin features.
- Restaurants are responsible for maintaining accurate menu and pricing information.
- End users are not required to register but must use the service in compliance with these terms.
- Restaurants must handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with our privacy policy.
5. Subscription & Payments
- SmartRestra offers free and paid subscription tiers.
- Paid plans unlock additional features and integrations.
- All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Users can cancel at any time; services remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
6. Order Processing & Payment Gateway
- SmartRestra acts as a facilitator between end users and restaurants.
- Transactions are securely processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree).
- Disputes or refunds are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
7. Platform Uptime & Liability
- We aim for 99% uptime on our services.
- We are not responsible for menu errors or technical outages.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss or missed orders.
8. Data Privacy
- Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- User data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.
- Users can request deletion of their data by contacting support.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms.
- Non-payment may result in suspended access.
- Fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account termination.
