4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • Restaurants must register an account to access admin features.
  • Restaurants are responsible for maintaining accurate menu and pricing information.
  • End users are not required to register but must use the service in compliance with these terms.
  • Restaurants must handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with our privacy policy.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • SmartRestra offers free and paid subscription tiers.
  • Paid plans unlock additional features and integrations.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Users can cancel at any time; services remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

6. Order Processing & Payment Gateway

  • SmartRestra acts as a facilitator between end users and restaurants.
  • Transactions are securely processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree).
  • Disputes or refunds are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

7. Platform Uptime & Liability

  • We aim for 99% uptime on our services.
  • We are not responsible for menu errors or technical outages.
  • We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss or missed orders.

8. Data Privacy

  • Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • User data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.
  • Users can request deletion of their data by contacting support.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms.
  • Non-payment may result in suspended access.
